• Building performance frameworks from scratch, designing standards, processes, and tools for assessing and developing employees.
• Owning the performance cycle, running Beam’s performance review process end-to-end, ensuring evidence-based reviews and consistent ratings.
• Coaching and developing managers, creating reusable resources for common challenges, and ensuring managers can handle situations independently.
