Airline Customer Success Advisor with German

• Assisting customers with various requests related to airline services, including booking flights and addressing after-flight claims.
• Establishing and managing positive relationships with customers, partners, and co-workers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Acting as a liaison between customers and the airline, effectively communicating and resolving any issues that may arise.

• An open and friendly person and you like to connect with people
• Motivated to learn about airline and luxury industries and products such as loyalty programs, booking of flight tickets, B2B activities, social media, after-flight claims, and related subjects
• Proficient in English and German, interested in using it daily
• Experienced in customer service (that is a big plus)
