About The Role

Join Riot, a fast-growing startup on a mission to improve cybersecurity culture. As a Product Manager, you will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, focusing on discovery, innovation, and business impact. You will lead a continuous discovery and innovation process, drive product decisions with a strong business lens, and collaborate closely with engineering and design. This is an on-site position in Paris with up to 2 days of remote work per month.

Product strategy, innovation & ownership: Own product vision, strategy and roadmap, explore new opportunities, shape bold product directions, and be accountable for business outcomes from discovery to market success.
Discovery & innovation-driven product management: Lead a continuous discovery and innovation process: user interviews, trend and market exploration, hypothesis testing, prototyping and validation of new product concepts before delivery.
Business mindset & go-to-market: Drive product decisions with a strong business lens, including monetization, pricing, positioning, sales enablement and go-to-market strategy to ensure adoption and revenue impact.
