• Lead and grow a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) by recruiting, training, and mentoring them to achieve world-class standards.
• Drive performance through systems by building a metrics-driven culture, continuously testing and optimizing outreach sequences, and partnering with Sales to ensure pipeline-to-revenue conversion consistency.
• Craft and execute the strategy for pipeline growth by defining segmentation, messaging, and prioritization alongside Marketing & Sales, and experimenting with multi-channel motions.
