Manager of FP&A

Join Egnyte, a fast-growing technology company, as the Manager of FP&A. In this role, you will support the Executive Leadership team in driving continued progress and growth. You will be responsible for managing operating expenses, building complex financial models, leading ROI analysis, and preparing investor and executive-facing financial materials. This is an onsite position in Mountain View, CA, requiring at least 3 days in the office per week.

• Key driver/owner of operating expenses and decision support modeling for key business areas, partnering closely with senior leadership.
• Build and maintain complex financial and decision-making models to evaluate tradeoffs, assess investments, and support scenario planning.
• Lead ROI and business case analysis for key initiatives to inform capital allocation and growth decisions.
• The successful candidate will have extensive experience influencing business leaders and supporting decision-making in a rapidly changing environment
• You must be a self-starter with strong financial modeling and presentation skills, excellent interpersonal and communication, and possess the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• You will have a strong desire to make a meaningful impact on a fast-paced, high-growth technology company
• You will be an expert relationship builder with a natural confidence and curiosity
• Excel and PowerPoint "power user" capable of creating professional presentation materials
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion, with high attention to detail
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business; MBA preferred
• Investment banking or investor relations experience desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 6+ years of directly applicable FP&A experience
• Experience working with SaaS and subscription-based revenue models at a technology company
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
