Senior Director of Accounting & Reporting

Join our team as the Senior Director of Accounting & Reporting. In this critical leadership role, you will manage a multidisciplinary team overseeing Revenue, Equity, and Payroll, while acting as the primary technical accounting resource for the company. You will own the preparation of our financial statements and partner extensively across the organization to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strategic alignment with our growth objectives.

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team overseeing Revenue, Equity, and Payroll, ensuring accurate and timely execution of all related business and accounting operations.
• Own the end-to-end preparation and execution of the company’s U.S. GAAP financial statements and accompanying footnote disclosures, acting as the primary technical accounting resource.
• Collaborate with Legal and Deal Desk during contract negotiations to review non-standard terms, ensuring optimal revenue recognition outcomes and compliance with ASC 606.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a strong mix of public accounting and industry experience in a leadership role
• Proven track record of managing and scaling diverse accounting teams (Revenue, Equity, Payroll)
• Hands-on experience with key financial and operational systems, specifically NetSuite, Carta, and Salesforce
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex accounting concepts for non-finance stakeholders
• Deep subject matter expertise in U.S. GAAP, specifically ASC 606 (Revenue from Contracts with Customers)
• Active CPA license is required (Big 4 public accounting experience highly preferred)
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with FP&A, Sales/Deal Desk, and Legal teams
