About The Role

Join Egnyte, a high-growth SaaS company, as the Vice President of Corporate FP&A. In this strategic role, you will partner with the CFO and executive team to drive scalable growth through financial forecasting, data insights, and operational efficiency. You will oversee comprehensive planning and forecasting, manage the master P&L, and develop sophisticated reporting packages for executive leadership and the Board of Directors. Additionally, you will evaluate the financial viability of new product launches, international expansion, and M&A opportunities.   • Oversee comprehensive planning and forecasting, including long-range planning (LRP), annual operating planning (AOP), and rolling quarterly forecasts.
  • Drive and lead the financial execution of the company by ensuring that all risks/opportunities are addressed dynamically to hit final goals.
  • Develop and present sophisticated internal and external reporting packages for executive leadership, investors, lenders, and the Board of Directors.

  • Demonstrated success building, mentoring, and developing high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams
  • Deep understanding of SaaS subscription models, revenue recognition, pipeline mechanics, and operational KPIs
  • Exceptional capability to articulate complex financial and data concepts clearly to both technical teams and C-suite executives/Board members
  • Expert proficiency with corporate planning platforms, ERPs, CRMs, and Analytics tools (preference with Anaplan, NetSuite, Salesforce, Excel, and Tableau)
  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in an executive leadership role within a high-growth SaaS or technology company
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • MBA, Master’s degree in a business field, or CPA designation
  • Background in leading high performing finance teams and delivering financial goals
  • Deep understanding of cloud markets, content collaboration, data governance, and security sectors
  • Proven ability to own outcomes in fast-paced, ambiguous environments—driving decisions proactively without waiting for direction
