GTM & Ops Intern

Join a fast-moving AI startup as a GTM & Ops Intern. Work directly with the Chief of Staff and gain exposure to various aspects of the business, including sales pipeline support, market research, process improvement, and day-to-day business coordination. This role offers real responsibility from day one and the opportunity to shape the company's growth.

• Support outbound prospecting by researching target accounts, building contact lists, and drafting outreach sequences.
• Help maintain and update CRM (HubSpot) by managing contacts, pipeline hygiene, and deal tracking.
• Assist with the preparation of sales decks, one-pagers, demo and marketing materials, and conduct market and competitive research.

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university degree
• Full professional fluency in Spanish (C2) and at least C1-level English. Additional languages are a plus
• Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail, comfortable juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities
• Someone who takes initiative and gets things done without waiting to be told
• A strong communicator across formats, whether it's a quick message, a structured doc, or a polished deck
• Energised by fast-moving environments where things are still being figured out
• Curious about AI and comfortable using it as part of your daily workflow
