About The Role

Join Lucid, a leading provider of visual collaboration solutions, as an EMEA Enterprise New Logo Account Executive. In this role, you will focus on identifying and closing new business within high-growth organizations across the EMEA region. You will navigate complex buying committees, manage full-cycle sales processes, and develop a territory plan that accounts for regional market nuances. You will also collaborate with EMEA-based Solutions Engineers and Business Development Teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term value realization.

  • Strategic Prospecting: Execute a sophisticated "Hunter" motion to break into net-new accounts across your assigned EMEA territory.
  • Multi-Threaded Discovery: Navigate complex European buying committees, engaging stakeholders across IT, Product, and Operations to uncover deep business pain.
  • Cross-Border Negotiation: Manage full-cycle sales processes, including navigating localized procurement, legal, and security requirements.
  • Tech Stack: Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, and Gong (or equivalent tools)
  • Proven "New Logo" Track Record: A documented history of hitting and exceeding quotas in a pure acquisition role
  • EMEA Market Literacy: Experience selling across multiple European borders and an understanding of how business culture differs within EMEA
  • Strategic Education: BA/BS degree or international equivalent Master’s degree
  • Methodology Mastery: Experience with MEDDIC, Challenger, or other sales frameworks
  • Hybrid Presence: Ability to work from our Amsterdam office at least two days per week to foster collaboration and mentorship
  • Regulatory Fluency: Ability to lead high-level discussions regarding GDPR, security, and cloud governance with C-level stakeholders
  • 5+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS (Enterprise experience preferred)
  • Multilingual: Fluency in a second major European language (e.g., German, French, or Dutch) is a significant advantage
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills and fluency. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
  • Adaptability: Experience working for a multi-national company, successfully bridging the gap between global strategy and local execution
