About The Role

Join Mistplay, a leading mobile gaming platform, as a Staff Data Scientist. In this role, you will lead the design and optimization of our rewards economy, ensuring it is enticing for users while maintaining cost-effectiveness for the company. You will collaborate with the Data and AI organization, drive initiatives in real-time predictive modeling and optimization, and serve as the primary architect for Mistplay's rewards economy. This position requires a passion for innovative AI solutions, expertise in machine learning, and a strong background in data science.

  • Concevoir et optimiser les systèmes de récompense pour garantir leur attrait et leur valeur pour les utilisateurs tout en maintenant leur rentabilité.
  • Diriger les initiatives de modélisation prédictive en temps réel et d'optimisation au sein des opérations pilotées par l'apprentissage automatique.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes interfonctionnelles pour traduire les objectifs commerciaux en contraintes algorithmiques et en structures d'incitation.
  • A passion for innovative AI solutions, with demonstrated knowledge in real-time predictive modeling
  • Fast and agile approach to exploring and implementing solutions with a strategic focus on the core loop and economy design
  • Prior experience in the mobile gaming industry with a focus on the economics of player behavior and engagement strategies is a strong nice-to-have
  • Expertise in implementing machine learning models using Python and PyTorch, paired with strong data analysis skills using SQL and Python
  • Experience and background in Quant, Data Science, or related fields, with a foundational understanding of economy and core loop designs in gaming or similar contexts
  • Understanding of reinforcement learning (DeepQ, contextual bandits)
  • A combination of 8+ years in Data Science, Machine Learning, Quant, Econometrics, and/or Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field
