GTM Operations Specialist

Join AppsFlyer, a leading mobile attribution and marketing analytics platform, as a GTM Operations Specialist. In this analytical and change-driving role, you will work directly with the Director of GTM Ops, EMEA to analyze current GTM processes and identify areas for improvement. You will support the sales teams by managing deal flow and approvals, reviewing EMEA GTM processes, and driving specific projects to contribute to new logo attainment. You will also analyze the performance of different functions contributing to pipeline generation and build a market insights engine. This role offers direct exposure to EMEA GTM leadership and the opportunity to shape the revenue engine of a leading measurement platform.

• Support the Sales teams by efficiently handling revenue operations responsibilities and managing core deal flow and approvals.
• Review current EMEA GTM processes end-to-end, identify improvement opportunities, and design controlled experiments to test them.
• Drive specific projects contributing to New Logo attainment in alignment with the GTM Ops Global, and analyze the performance of different functions contributing to Pipeline generation.
• Strong project management skills — you can run multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping balls
• 4+ years in a strategy, business analysis, GTM operations, or consulting role — ideally with exposure to SaaS revenue models
• Intellectual curiosity and a bias toward action — you don't wait for perfect information
• Excellent stakeholder management: you know how to get buy-in for new ideas from people who didn't ask for them
• Genuinely data-driven: comfortable building models reflecting the reality, working with analysts, and translating numbers into a story
• Experience running A/B tests or structured experiments in a business context
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics: ARR, NRR, pipeline coverage, conversion rates
• Background in strategy building and/ or business intelligence
