Member of Technical Staff (Fullstack)

Join Envoy as a Fullstack Engineer, where you'll work at the intersection of product, systems, and real-world experience. You'll own meaningful product areas end-to-end, partnering closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to translate complex problems into simple, high-quality solutions. Your work will span the full stack, from scalable backend systems and APIs to performant, accessible frontend experiences. This role requires equal depth across frontend and backend, with a focus on end-to-end ownership and high-quality execution.

• A BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Backend experience building and consuming APIs (RESTful and/or GraphQL), with production exposure to TypeScript, Java/Kotlin, and/or Ruby on Rails
• Strong frontend fundamentals, including React and JavaScript/TypeScript, with a solid foundation in HTML and CSS
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub and CI/CD workflows
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering partners
• 7+ years of experience building production software, with meaningful fullstack or cross-stack contributions
• A product mindset — you care deeply about usability, performance, and measurable impact
• Comfort working in ambiguous problem spaces and taking ownership to drive outcomes
• Experience designing relational schemas and working with Postgres
