• Build trusted relationships with customer executives and become their strategic advisor, identifying opportunities to expand customer value.

**Experience**

• 7+ years of experience managing complex digital or SaaS implementation projects.
• Experience working with enterprise customers in consulting, digital agencies, or software companies.
• Strong understanding of digital experience platforms, web technologies, CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement solutions.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional product development.

• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical concepts.
