About The Role
Join Bespoke Post and Halfday as a Growth Marketing Strategist. In this role, you will drive day-to-day campaign strategy and management across all acquisition channels, manage a multi-million-dollar paid budget, and partner cross-functionally to scale revenue efficiently. You will also oversee paid social growth, manage the paid search agency, develop landing pages, integrate attribution and incrementality, build out a tactical testing agenda, report and forecast growth metrics, identify creative needs, and collaborate on social and influencer initiatives.
- Drive the day-to-day campaign strategy and management across all acquisition channels, managing a multi-million-dollar paid budget.
- Plan and manage a multi-million-dollar performance budget across Paid Social channels, continuously refining creative, audiences, bidding, and funnel strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, opportunities, and specific deliverables for Paid Social and Video campaigns.
- Bias to action and owner mindset. You’ll roll up your sleeves and also manage agencies/partners to outcomes
- Strong attribution/incrementality toolkit (e.g., geo experiments, holdouts, MMM/modeled attribution, platform lift studies) and the judgment to balance precision with speed
- 2-4 years in DTC growth/performance marketing with proven ownership of $2M+ annual budgets and full-funnel strategy
- Working fluency with Amazon a bonus
- Experience in travel/outdoor, bags/luggage, retail, or adjacent categories
- Analytical rigor: Excel/Sheets proficiency, Shopify analytics; comfort building dashboards and turning ambiguity into clear decisions
- Proven ability to use AI for measurable efficiency gains, task automation, website/tool prototyping, or accelerating execution
- Familiarity with Shopify to merchandise and build landing pages, configure offers/discounts/bundles, and partner with dev team on CVR optimization opportunities
- Deep hands-on expertise with Meta and Google
- Cross-functional collaboration: You’ve worked with multiple teams (Creative, Product, Merchandising, etc.) in order to build and deliver on go-to-market plans
- Success launching new products and scaling evergreen SKUs
