Engineering Lead (Web Platform)

• Definir y liderar la estrategia técnica para la plataforma web de ClickHouse, arquitectar, construir y mantener el sitio web de marketing y los sistemas de soporte.
• Contribuir con código de producción significativo en toda la plataforma, mejorando continuamente el rendimiento, la escalabilidad, la fiabilidad, la accesibilidad y la mantenibilidad de la plataforma.

• Deep understanding of web performance, accessibility, analytics integrations and modern frontend engineering practices
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across design, marketing and engineering
• A pragmatic technical leader who enjoys mentoring others while remaining close to the code
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience with headless CMS platforms, ideally Strapi
• Extensive experience building and operating modern web platforms using Next.js, React, JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience building reliable production systems with modern deployment, monitoring and observability tooling
• Strong software architecture and systems design experience
• Experience building high-traffic SaaS websites
• Experience with experimentation platforms and A/B testing frameworks
• Strong understanding of technical SEO
• Familiarity with modern analytics platforms and data-driven optimisation
• Experience building or contributing to design systems
• Experience using AI-powered developer tools to improve engineering productivity
