Product Marketing (Postgres)

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for our new Postgres managed offering. You will work cross-functionally to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of the product, and create compelling messaging and marketing collateral. This is a build-from-scratch role that requires experience with Postgres or other OLTP databases. • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and plans to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of Postgres managed by ClickHouse.
• Craft compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with customers and differentiate Postgres managed by ClickHouse in the market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather market insights, conduct competitive analysis, and inform product and marketing strategies.
• Substantial experience in product marketing, product, or a technical role, including time spent with Postgres or another OLTP database
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to leverage data and metrics to measure performance and inform decision-making
• Proven lead skills with the ability to manage multiple priority workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
• Deep understanding of databases, particularly OLTP and OLAP
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely
• Team player who collaborates effectively across functions and levels
• Experience marketing a database, data infrastructure, or developer tools product
• Experience at a startup or other fast-moving environment
• Familiarity with the Postgres ecosystem
• Fluency in SQL
