Human Resources Business Partner

In this role, you will support our rapid growth by acting as a trusted partner to our teams and managing programs to cultivate a best-in-class employee experience. You will be responsible for HR business partnering, talent development, and contributing to the People team roadmap. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a similar position, excellent communication skills in both French and English, and a passion for creating a positive work environment.

• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with managers and team members to become the preferred contact for HR-related inquiries.
• Advising people managers on organization design, individual performance review, promotions, and compensation, as well as advising employees on learning and development opportunities.
• Participating in and establishing projects related to the People team roadmap, and building and running rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs.
