Strategy & Operations - Office of the CTO

Join Pennylane, one of the fastest-growing fintechs in France, as the Chief of Staff to the CTO. In this role, you will bring structure, clarity, and pace across strategy, governance, performance, and communication, enabling the Tech organization to execute faster and stay aligned. You will be responsible for governance and alignment of the Tech leadership, performance and operating metrics steering, and strategic tech projects management. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in consulting, a scale-up, or a fast-paced tech environment, and fluency in English and French.

• Assurer la gouvernance et l'alignement de la direction technique, en structurant les rituels de leadership technique et en préparant les messages clés du CTO.
• Coordonner la définition des objectifs et des résultats clés (OKR) de l'équipe technique, en veillant à leur alignement avec les priorités de l'entreprise.
• Gérer des projets stratégiques au sein de l'équipe technique, en encadrant, structurant et conduisant des initiatives stratégiques et/ou inter-équipes.
