Vice President of Strategic Finance

• Act as the primary architect of the company's financial strategy, ensuring long-term growth is supported by robust planning and actionable insights.
• Lead company-wide financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including the annual budgeting process, long-range planning, liquidity forecasting, and ongoing business performance reviews.
• Build and scale the Strategic Finance function, managing and mentoring a high-performing team and implementing scalable financial systems and dashboards.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities with the ability to translate large datasets into compelling strategic narratives and business cases
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on doing things the right way and maintaining a high personal standard of excellence
• Proven track record of managing complex financial performance, KPI ownership, and facilitating decision frameworks for executive leadership
• 10+ years of experience in a blend of strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy—ideally within high-growth fintech, tech, or healthcare environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead with empathy, build trust, and drive clarity across executive, technical, and operational teams in high-ambiguity environments
