About The Role
Join Finch, a fast-paced startup, as a Product Marketing Manager. In this role, you will shape go-to-market strategy, translate product capabilities into compelling narratives, and drive cross-functional alignment. You will develop deep product knowledge, communicate confidently, and thrive in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include creating and executing product launches, building positioning and messaging, and supporting marketing campaigns. You will also collaborate with sales and customer success teams, attend events, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Develop deep product knowledge and customer empathy to create compelling narratives and drive cross-functional alignment for programs across the customer lifecycle.
- Own the creation and execution of product launches for new features, and research, build, and adapt positioning and messaging for new industries and personas.
- Support Marketing campaigns with industry, persona, and product-focused content, and work with the Sales team to develop impactful enablement resources.
- Great at simplifying complex technical requirements into plain English
- Passion for learning new products and industries—unafraid to dive into the nitty gritty technical details
- Comfortable collaborating with sales to build one pagers, competitive battlecards, and other resources
- Experience conducting customer interviews and analyzing sales calls to build empathy and deliver product insights
- Comfortable coordinating the product release cycle, emphasizing key factors such as documentation and customer communications
- 3+ years in product marketing or a related role
- A willingness to roll up your sleeves, get scrappy, and get it done—we are a startup after all!
- Experience project managing and coordinating cross-functional initiatives; ensuring team members work collaboratively to fulfill goals and objectives
- Familiarity with HR Technology platforms; specifically payroll, benefits, or retirement
- Experience selling to product managers, developers, or technical audiences
