About The Role

Join our team as the Director of Account Management, where you will lead the account expansion sales motion to achieve assigned revenue targets through strategic account growth and pipeline development. You will focus on the enterprise account segment in the region and implement effective pipeline-building strategies. Additionally, you will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise customers, collaborate with clients to understand their needs, and regularly review and analyze sales metrics. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong analytical mindset, and a proven track record in account management or sales within the software industry.

  • Lead the account expansion sales motion to achieve assigned revenue target through strategic account growth, pipeline development, and consistent attainment of quarterly goals.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account management strategies to meet and exceed the revenue target, focusing on the enterprise account segment in the region.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise customers, collaborating with clients to understand their needs and position our solutions to meet and exceed expectations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging with senior executives and key stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in utilizing sales metrics and KPIs to drive performance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 6+ years in account management or sales within the software industry, with a proven track record of achieving significant revenue targets
  • Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to develop and implement effective account growth strategies
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving ambitious revenue objectives
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • 3+ years working for an AI driven sales organization
