Platform Growth Associate (German Language Proficiency)

You will manage the end-to-day operational lifecycle of series, operate and maintain content management tools, enforce brand safety guidelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and keep up with European trends. • Manage the end-to-day operational lifecycle of series including; review, curation, and scheduling of CANVAS Series.
• Operate and maintain content management and scheduling tools to ensure all events, content releases, and feature rollouts are executed accurately and on time.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, and Product teams for platform feature announcements.
• 2+ years of experience in a digital operations, content operations, web/mobile platform operations, or digital media role
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills, with a proven ability to work with global teams across a variety of time zones
• Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) or scheduling tools in a publishing or platform environment
• Bilingual fluency in German Required
• High level of proficiency with collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Airtable)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in professional copywriting/copyediting for user-facing content (e.g., push notifications, banners)
• A quick learner who can rapidly adapt to new processes and software tools
• Practical knowledge of storytelling, digital comics, webcomics, or the webnovel/entertainment industry
• Strong proficiency with technology: Experience using, Airtable, MS Office (Excel), Photoshop, Illustrator, etc
• Experience with user retention and monetization strategies (Lifecycle Management, CRM)
• Familiarity with data analysis tools or comfort with generating basic reports on operational performance
