[Wattpad] Product Manager

Join Wattpad as a Product Manager and play a key role in shaping our product strategy and driving meaningful outcomes for our users and the business. You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, manage the product roadmap, and ensure priorities are aligned with Wattpad's broader strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for those passionate about fandom, storytelling, and the creator economy.

• Experience and understanding of technology systems
• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Business, or UX Design an asset
• Passion for the power of storytelling
• At least 2-4 years of professional experience as a product manager
• Natural curiosity with a thirst to validate assumptions with data, insight and peer discussions to inform yourself better
• Data-driven/analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks and prioritize them and work comfortably in forecasts and revenue predictions
• Have strong product instincts about getting from a user pain point to an underlying problem
• Excellent leadership and communications skills, with experience managing a variety of stakeholders
