SEO & Organic Growth Manager

Join Tastytrade, a leading financial media company, as an Organic Growth Manager. In this role, you will own the organic growth strategy for our website and app store presence, set KPIs, lead the organic team, and turn insights into concrete recommendations. You will also track the evolving generative/AI search landscape and partner with Compliance to ensure alignment with regulatory standards. • Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de croissance organique pour le site web de Tastytrade, en se concentrant sur le SEO et l'optimisation de la recherche générative/IA.
• Diriger l'équipe organique, établir les indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) et transformer les performances de recherche et de contenu en trafic réel, en classements et en pipeline.
• Évaluer et ajuster en permanence la stratégie de croissance organique en fonction de l'évolution du paysage de la recherche générative/IA.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, data analytics, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• A track record of defining KPIs and building reporting that ties organic work to real business outcomes, not just rankings or traffic
• Deep, hands-on SEO fundamentals (technical SEO, keyword strategy, content architecture) plus working knowledge of GEO/AI search optimization
• Experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report
• 7+ years of progressive experience in SEO or organic growth, including some experience managing or leading a team
• Strong analytics fluency: GA4 and Google Search Console at minimum, with the ability to pull and interpret your own data
