About The Role
Join our team as an SEO Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining our IG North America websites. You will work closely with the Web & CRO Lead and the broader growth team to implement website updates, conduct keyword and performance analysis, and execute strategic initiatives that improve organic visibility. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations, supporting the development and execution of a comprehensive SEO and GEO strategy, conducting keyword research, performing technical SEO audits, monitoring site performance metrics, and optimizing existing content. - Optimizing and maintaining IG North America websites to drive organic growth through SEO and generative search optimization.
- Conducting keyword research, performance analysis, and executing strategic initiatives to improve organic visibility.
- Managing day-to-day operations for IG North America websites, including content updates and organic performance monitoring.
- This is a great opportunity for someone to build foundational expertise in website management and organic growth as part of a collaborative, data-driven organic growth team
- Exposure to technical SEO concepts (crawling, indexing, site architecture) and tools like Google Search Console a plus
- Ability to listen, understand, assess, and assist with any customer issues, asking questions as needed and giving detailed directions in response
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms
- Self-motivated learner who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent project management and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, IT, data analytics, computer science, web development, or related field
- Proficiency with content management systems (Contentstack preferred), HTML, CSS, tag management, and basic web technologies
- 1-3 years of experience in website management, SEO, or digital marketing
- Familiarity with Figma and Jira helpful
- Understanding of responsive design principles and good user experience
- Ability to translate SEO and GEO insights into actionable content and website recommendations
- Familiarity with keyword research tools, SEO performance metrics, and an interest in GEO/AI search trends
- Experience with website accessibility standards and regulatory compliance a plus
