About The Role

Join Pantheon, a leading webops platform, as a Product Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and owning Pantheon's forward-looking product narrative, creating high-impact content, and continuously scanning the market for emerging trends. You will also craft vision-led messaging, own core product messaging, lead narrative strategy for major product launches, and partner with cross-functional teams. This position offers a flexible work environment, health and wellness benefits, and opportunities for professional development.

  • Develop and own Pantheon's forward-looking product narrative, articulating not just what we build today, but why it matters for the future of the web.
  • Create high-impact content that positions Pantheon as a category leader and shapes industry conversation, including keynote narratives, manifestos, and vision briefs.
  • Lead the narrative strategy for major product launches, ensuring releases feel like meaningful milestones in a larger story — not just feature drops.
  • We're looking for someone who has done this before — not for an established product with an existing audience, but for something brand new
  • Storytelling Ability: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated talent for translating complex technology into inspiring, market-shaping stories
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Collaboration: Highly effective working across Product, Sales, and Marketing — and comfortable influencing without authority
  • Experience: 4+ years in Product Marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or WebOps — with a track record of building compelling product narratives, not just executing launches
  • 0-to-1 Product Experience: Must have hands-on experience taking a net-new product to market — from pre-launch positioning through initial adoption — where there was no existing playbook, customer base, or category to anchor to
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think beyond the immediate roadmap and connect product decisions to broader market trends and customer aspirations
  • Experience marketing products built on Drupal, WordPress, or similar CMS ecosystems
  • Familiarity with the developer tools or digital agency market
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Amplitude, or similar GTM tools
