About The Role

Join our Intelligence Unit as a Healthcare Intelligence Analyst, where you'll analyze the technology markets, business models, and companies shaping the future of healthcare. You'll have access to the CB Insights software platform and its vast data points, and you'll be surrounded by a team of driven individuals from diverse backgrounds. Your responsibilities will include publishing research, analyzing digital health startups, developing forward-looking analyses, and delivering presentations to clients and at industry events. A passion for technology investment and digital health is essential, along with 2+ years of professional experience in a healthcare-related role.

Analyzing technology markets, business models, and companies shaping the future of healthcare.
Publishing research on the client-only platform and developing forward-looking analyses and insights.
Identifying industry trends and customer needs to guide content planning and support business growth objectives.
Demonstrate a contagious passion for the material: Should be a startup/tech geek passionate about all things digital health related
2+ years of professional experience working in a healthcare-related role (health IT or digital health company, consulting, provider or payer strategy/operations, investment banking, equity research, corporate strategy/innovation, or journalism experience)
Some startup experience is a plus; a thick skin and high tolerance for change are required
Writing experience in the above fields is a must; the ability to synthesize complex concepts into digestible, forward-looking insights is essential
Strong communication, presentation skills, and leadership abilities. You should feel comfortable speaking to customers and prospects about trends and investment activity in the healthcare industry
BA/BS required; relevant graduate degrees a plus
Able to work with large datasets
