About The Role

Join our HR Team as a Global HR Operations & Payroll Manager. In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for implementing and improving HR policies, processes, and best practices across multiple countries. You will oversee employee administration and payroll activities, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and manage relationships with external payroll providers and HR service partners. Additionally, you will develop HR dashboards and reporting tools, serve as the primary administrator of the Lucca HRIS platform, and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.

  • Superviser toutes les activités d'administration des employés et de paie dans plusieurs pays, en garantissant l'exactitude, la cohérence et la conformité.
  • Développer, automatiser et maintenir des tableaux de bord RH et des outils de reporting pour soutenir la prise de décision basée sur les données.
  • Master's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Employment Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, and HR Administration, including internships and apprenticeship programs where applicable.
  • Proven experience managing payroll processes in an international and/or multi-country environment.
  • Strong knowledge of French labor law and HR administration practices.
  • Solid understanding of the Syntec Collective Bargaining Agreement.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms, ideally Lucca.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools.
  • Experience managing external payroll vendors and HR service providers.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance, statutory reporting, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Professional fluency in both French and English is required.
