Implementation Consultant

Join our team as an Implementation Consultant, where you'll bridge the gap between visionary pre-sales solutions and executable project plans. You'll own implementation projects for new and existing customers, lead scoping workshops, design bespoke solutions, and coordinate with internal teams. You'll also build strong customer relationships, deliver impactful presentations, and assist customers during go-live and provide post-implementation support. Enjoy benefits such as 25 days of annual leave, an annual wellbeing day, a pension scheme, charity and volunteering opportunities, a referral scheme, and a cycle to work scheme. - Own implementation projects for new and existing customers, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. - Lead scoping workshops to capture business requirements, marketing workflows, governance processes, and technical dependencies. - Design bespoke solutions and orchestrate seamless integration workflows, coordinating with internal teams. - 2-3 years of SaaS implementation experience - Build trust and foster strong relationships with an infectious enthusiasm - Meticulous attention ensures nothing slips through the cracks - Influence decisions at every level - Balance juggling multiple projects simultaneously, meeting every deadline - Proven ability to lead stakeholder engagement sessions as well as scoping and solution workshops - Constantly evolve and enrich your professional development - Excellent presentation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences - Skilled in translating business requirements and crafting and delivering client-tailored system solutions - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Strong understanding of the Martech realm - Proven success in steering client interactions and implementations with strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools e.g. , JIRA, Confluence, Lucid etc - Knowledge of data migration and systems integration concepts - Highly organised, with experience managing detailed project documentation, RAID logs, or configuration checklists without missing dependencies
