About The Role

Join Echodyne, a fast-growing radar technology company, as a Solutions Engineering Integration Specialist. In this role, you will support customer and partner relationships, integrate Echodyne's solutions with third-party platforms, lead installation planning and execution, and provide ongoing technical support. You will also participate in data analysis, develop training materials, and collect customer feedback to improve Echodyne's products.   • Support the integration of Echodyne’s solutions with third-party integrators, including Command and Control platforms, Video Management Platforms, and autonomous platforms.
  • Lead installation planning and integrations, execute deployment configuration and system tuning, and provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including application notes and user manuals, to support the scaling of Echodyne’s customer and partner bases.
  • Personal integrity, trustworthiness, and respect while representing Echodyne, demonstrating the product, answering questions, and effectively communicating the product and company value propositions
  • Must be able to regularly lift, carry and move equipment, occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and decision-making skills
  • Enthusiastic with outstanding customer-communication skills, including the ability to convey high-level overviews and deeply detailed explanations
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a customer-first orientation. Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done
  • Proven track record of learning a technical product and conveying the value of that product to potential customers
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, prioritize tasks, honor rules of engagement, and follow policies, processes, and procedures
  • Resiliency with a positive attitude, as well as analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
  • 2+ years of experience with software APIs
  • 5+ years of experience supporting field deployed sensors/hardware
  • 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying technical role (Pre or post-sales)
  • Experienced in coordinating efforts across teams and organizations
  • Experience with Linux operating systems and using a Command Line Interface
  • Experience deploying or operating radar systems, especially Electronically Scanning Array radars
  • Basic understanding of digital signal processing functions and application to various sensor modalities. Direct experience with radar signal processing a plus
  • Comfortable troubleshooting both hardware and software issues and working with customers to determine root causes of issues
  • Experience conducting basic data plotting and analysis
  • Experience with basic networking and Wireshark
  • Experience with scripting in one or more of the following: C/C++, Python, C#
