AI Solutions Director

Join Axion Ray as an AI Solutions Director, where you will be the driving force behind the delivery of AI solutions to our customers. You will own the end-to-end delivery and use case portfolio across your accounts, drive adoption and value realization post-launch, and coordinate and develop junior teammates. • Proven track record of architecting and managing complex enterprise implementations end to end

• Experience in AI/ML, SaaS, or industrial technology delivery environments preferred
• 4-8+ years of experience in solutions consulting, technical delivery, or customer success management
• Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery teams and developing individual contributors
• Excellent communicator who can serve as the customer’s primary delivery authority
