Talent Acquisition | Recruiter (GTM)

Join Rogo, an AI-native finance tool company, as a GTM Associate Recruiter. In this role, you'll drive coordination, candidate experience, and recruiting operations for our global go-to-market team. You'll work closely with the GTM Manager and Head of GTM to ensure a high-velocity, high-quality hiring process. This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you'll have the opportunity to take ownership, solve problems, and continuously improve our hiring process.

• Run GTM recruiting processes end-to-end, supporting hiring for SDRs and GTM Associates across multiple regions.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a high-quality, thoughtful experience throughout the hiring process.
• Identify inefficiencies and gaps in the recruiting process, proposing and implementing improvements to increase speed and quality.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication
• Comfort working across time zones and with senior stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple roles, candidates, and timelines simultaneously
• Willingness to operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
• High ownership and strong judgment—you proactively solve problems
• 2–4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting, or operations
• Experience with ATS tools (Ashby preferred) and modern productivity tools
