IT Operations Manager

Join Rogo as an IT Operations Manager, where you'll be responsible for maintaining our technology infrastructure and supporting our employees. This role is essential for building the IT foundation that allows our team to operate securely and at scale. You'll run our in-house helpdesk, manage onboarding and offboarding IT workflows, and support our security team on endpoint and network operations. Additionally, you'll lead the physical IT buildout of our new office space and assist with endpoint security operations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience, strong AV experience, and a passion for technology and problem-solving.

• Run the in-house helpdesk, providing fast, dedicated IT support to employees across all geographies.
• Own onboarding and offboarding IT workflows — provisioning devices, managing access, recovering hardware, and handling data at scale as headcount grows.
• Lead the physical IT buildout of our new 8th floor space — networking, AV, and access control.
• 5+ years of hands-on ("hard") IT support experience
• Experience with MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune, or similar) and identity/access tools (Okta, Google Workspace)
• Familiarity with networking devices, firewall configuration, and VPN management
• Experience coordinating global device logistics and remote provisioning
• Strong, in-depth AV experience: conference room builds, all-hands setups, and AV troubleshooting
