Product Manager (Enterprise)

Join Rogo, a cutting-edge AI startup, as a Product Manager (Enterprise). In this role, you will own Felix, the AI agent at the core of Rogo, and work across all functions to shape its capabilities and define how sophisticated investors interact with AI. You will also manage the API/MCP, billing, and pricing models, and collaborate closely with sales and customer teams. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, collaborative, and have a strong technical foundation. Experience in finance and enterprise SaaS is a plus.

• Own the development and enhancement of Felix, the AI agent at the core of Rogo, ensuring it meets the needs of demanding users in finance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the agent's knowledge and capabilities, and define how sophisticated investors interact with AI.
• Lead the design and implementation of the API/MCP and extensibility layer, enabling firms and partners to build on Rogo.
• Exceptionally sharp, detail-oriented, organized, and high-output, with strong taste and a low ego
• You are collaborative, organized, thoughtful, and kind
• Finance experience is a plus, but not required
• A trusted presence with senior stakeholders. You present with poise to senior enterprise and finance leaders and represent Rogo with polish; you're a steward of the company in every conversation
• A technical foundation. You're genuinely technical: you ship code, prototype and build rather than just spec, and can go deep with engineers. A degree in computer science, math, or engineering (or equivalent experience) is a plus
• You are an owner. You are autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable working with ambiguity
• Deep intuition for LLMs and hands-on experience building with AI tools
• You are curious. You find joy in learning about AI, technology, and finance
• Strong product management or startup product experience. You've owned and shipped real product; experience with enterprise SaaS, platforms, API/MCP, or developer tooling is a strong plus
• Commercial instincts. You're comfortable owning pricing and packaging and partnering with go-to-market, and you think about how a product is bought, not only how it's built
• You are ambitious. You have fun solving problems that others think are impossible
• A high bar for craft and usability. You believe the systems that power an enterprise should feel as thoughtful and powerful as any product Rogo ships
