About The Role

Join Rogo, a cutting-edge AI tool company, as a Staff Software Engineer (Full Stack). You will own major product features from design to launch, work closely with a cross-functional team, and have close feedback loops with users and the Customer Success team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of industry experience, a passion for craftsmanship, and extensive knowledge of React and TypeScript.

Conception, design, and implementation of major product features across the stack, from design to launch.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to architect scalable systems, implement robust software components, and ensure reliability.
Ownership of projects end-to-end, including close feedback loops with users and the Customer Success team.
5+ years of industry experience

Proven track record in similar roles
A passion for craftsmanship
Experience updating codebases with the newest framework features (RSC, streaming, etc.)
Deployed Production code with Python, NextJS, NestJS, Typescript, Docker, AWS, and Tailwind
Extensive knowledge of React and TypeScript
Exceptional attention to detail
Bachelors in Computer Science or Equivalent degree
Self-motivated with a drive to take ownership of projects end-to-end
Keen interest in developing unique AI tools and user experiences
Experience at a leading AI research institution
Early engineer at a hyper-growth startup
Experience in world-class product organizations (e.g., Notion, Figma)
Demonstrated passion for startups or early-stage companies
Experience with UI/UX and product design
