Talent Acquisition | Recruiter (Financial Services)

Join Rogo, a fast-growing startup in the financial services sector. As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for strategic opportunities and finance-adjacent roles in London. You will build and own a pipeline of top ex-front-office finance professionals, partner with leadership on role design and hiring priorities, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. This role requires a strong consultative partner mindset, familiarity with the London/European finance talent market, and a passion for solving complex problems.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Strategic Opportunities and finance-adjacent roles in London, focusing on building and owning a pipeline of ex-front-office talent.
• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, designing and executing targeted sourcing strategies, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Establish Rogo as an employer of choice in London/European finance circles, attending industry events and building referral networks.

• 5+ years of full-cycle experience recruiting finance, front-office, or similar elite talent
• Strong consultative partner mindset - you influence hiring strategy and coach stakeholders, including our cofounder
• Familiarity with the London/European finance talent market a strong plus

• Intellectual curiosity about finance, data, and how top talent builds enduring impact
• Fluency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter), ATS systems (e.g., Ashby), and recruiting metrics
• Proven ability to source, engage, and convert passive candidates in competitive markets
