Talent Acquisition Recruiter (GTM)

Join Rogo, an AI-native finance tool company, as our first dedicated GTM recruiter in London. You'll establish our GTM hiring playbook in the European market, build our employer brand, and work closely with our co-founder. This role involves end-to-end recruiting for SDRs, Account Executives, and GTM Associates, managing interview logistics, and improving our hiring processes. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments, have strong organizational skills, and are familiar with the London/European GTM talent market.

• Run GTM recruiting for London/EMEA end-to-end, including hiring for SDRs, Account Executives, and GTM Associates.
• Build Rogo's presence in the London/European market by establishing and refining GTM recruiting best practices.
• Drive recruiting operations by maintaining clean, accurate data in Ashby, ensuring interview feedback is submitted on time.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are high-intensity and care a lot about what you do, and you're ecstatic to work at a startup
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
• Experience with ATS tools (Ashby preferred) and modern productivity tools

• Familiarity with the London/European GTM talent market a strong plus
