Solutions Architect

• Lead solution design and technical implementation for customer integrations across accounting, commerce, and banking platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to identify product gaps, propose enhancements, and shape new capabilities based on customer needs.
• Own the full customer journey, and further build out an agentified process to automate customer onboarding and to pursue expansion opportunities.
• Builder mindset. You enjoy creating demos, writing documentation, and solving problems end to end
• Must be based in NYC and able to work a hybrid role at our Flatiron, Manhattan office
• Strong technical proficiency with REST APIs, integration design, and developer workflows
• This role will be a mix of Pre-Sales and Post-Sales. Being flexible and understanding the differences of working with prospects vs customers is key
• Excellent communication skills. You are able to lead technical discussions with engineering teams and explain complex topics clearly to business stakeholders
• Experience being in a highly collaborative and adaptable fast-paced startup environment
• Bonus: Experience working with Accounting, Payments, or Commerce systems in the past
• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Forward-Deployed Engineer or similar, ideally at a SaaS or API-driven company. Preferably, experience working with fintech companies in the past
