Client Principal (Public Sector)

Join esynergy as a Client Principal in the UK public sector. You will be responsible for expanding our footprint, opening new accounts, and driving annual consulting revenue. You will act as a strategic advisor to senior government stakeholders, develop and execute the public sector growth strategy, and lead the pre-sales process. You will also collaborate closely with delivery teams and drive value through partner channels. • Open new public sector accounts and drive annual consulting revenue.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior government stakeholders and lead the pre-sales process.
• Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure a seamless sales-to-delivery transition.
• Do you thrive on opening doors and building strategic relationships in government?
• Can you clearly walk through how you've taken a cold opportunity and turned it into a long-term client?
• Are you confident navigating frameworks like G-Cloud and DOS to land high-value consulting engagements?
• Deep knowledge of UK government procurement frameworks (e.g. G-Cloud, DOS)
• Commercial acumen across bids, RFPs, proposals, and stakeholder management
• Experience working with partners (e.g. AWS, Microsoft, GDS-aligned suppliers)
• Keen interest in public sector digital transformation, cloud adoption, and open source
• Proven experience in landing net new public sector accounts (central government, local authorities, NHS, etc.)
• Ability to clearly walk through a full sales lifecycle — from lead to won deal
• Strong consultative selling background, ideally in cloud, data, or digital consulting
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in large, often regulated environments
