About The Role
Join our team as an Applications Developer II, where you will design, code, test, and maintain software applications that support various business functions. This role requires a strong understanding of software development principles and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects, stay updated with the latest industry trends, and contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes.
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications to support business functions, ensuring they meet organizational needs.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct unit testing and debugging, participate in code reviews, and document software designs, code, and processes for future reference.

- Experience debugging and testing
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages and familiarity with development frameworks
- Typically, 2+ years of related experience
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Experience with designing and implementing software solutions independently
- Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
- Experience with SQL Server or other relational database management systems (RDBMS)
- MS Access database development and VBA programming experience
- Web application development experience
- Power BI report development and data visualization methods
- Familiarity with engineering programming languages (Python, MATLAB, VBA)
- Experience with database ETL processes and data integration
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL
- Familiarity with development frameworks such as Spring, Django, .NET, React, or Angular
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices
