Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

Join our team as a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist. In this role, you will manage vendor relationships, process payments, and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. You will work cross-functionally across departments and use your excellent communication skills to keep internal and external partners informed of payment status. Additionally, you will assist with the annual financial audit, contribute to process improvements and automations, and assist with special accounting/finance projects as needed.

• Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs et assurer le traitement rapide des paiements conformément à la politique financière et aux normes GAAP.
• Effectuer l'ensemble du cycle des comptes fournisseurs, y compris le codage, la validation, la révision et le traitement de tous les types de factures.
• Préparer les accruals de fin de mois et les écritures de journal associées, et répondre aux demandes des fournisseurs et des employés.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Intermediate to advanced Excel experience
• Self-starter and team Player with great work ethic
• Bachelor's or associate degree in accounting or finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• ERP experience, SAP experience preferred
• Strong time management and organizational skills with an attention to detail
• 1-3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable Specialist position or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast paced and multi-entity environment
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting
• Multi-tasker with great communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
