2+ years of product experience (or equivalent hands-on ownership)
Experience working on consumer-facing financial or cryptocurrency products is a strong plus
Comfortable working with engineers and understanding technical constraints
Clear communication, especially in async environments
Proactive mindset and ability to drive things forward
Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex flows
Able to operate with ambiguity and make decisions without complete information
