Customer Marketing Associate

Join Plaid, a leading fintech company, as a Customer Marketing Associate. In this hands-on execution role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of our customer marketing program, ensuring that the right customer stories, assets, and references are available to support various teams. You will work closely with the Customer Marketing Manager and other internal teams, and your efforts will directly impact our business growth.

• Own the customer case study process end-to-end, including identifying candidates, developing narratives, managing approvals, and distributing assets.
• Maintain the customer logo library and reference database, ensuring everything is current, permissioned, and organized.
• Produce advocacy assets such as written stories, video, and testimonials in formats that can be reused across campaigns, sales decks, events, and paid programs.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech preferred
• Familiarity with customer reference or advocacy tools
• Experience managing customer review platforms such as G2 or Capterra
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, customer marketing, content marketing, or a related field
• Strong project management skills — able to juggle multiple work streams, stakeholders, and deadlines without dropping the ball
• Comfortable using data to evaluate program performance and inform optimization
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success
• Experience with using CRMs (Salesforce)
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, ownership-driven working style
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to translate customer outcomes into compelling narratives
• Background in fintech, financial services, or developer-facing products
