Event Operations Manager (This Week In Fintech)

Join This Week in Fintech, a leading fintech community, as an Event Operations Manager. In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of various events, from intimate dinners to large-scale conferences. You will work closely with leadership to develop event strategies and build relationships with venues, vendors, sponsors, and community members. • Lead the strategy and execution of TWIF’s growing portfolio of experiences, including intimate executive dinners, private salons, and large-scale conferences.
• Build and manage relationships with venues, vendors, sponsors, speakers, VIP attendees, ecosystem partners, and community members to ensure high-quality execution.
• Develop systems, playbooks, and repeatable processes that allow TWIF’s events platform to scale without compromising quality or experience.
• We are looking for someone who understands how experiences create brand value, strengthen relationships, drive partnerships, and build lasting community
• 5–8+ years of experience in events, experiential marketing, hospitality, media, startups, fintech, or community programming
• Proven ability to manage high-touch experiences involving founders, executives, investors, sponsors, and VIP audiences
• Strong eye for audience experience, hospitality, branding, and event design
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to execute independently in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust and long-term relationships
