Head of Product Marketing

Join Plaid as the Head of Product Marketing, where you will own the end-to-end strategy and operationalize the PMM structure. You will establish KPI frameworks, own Plaid's central product narrative, and partner with various teams to drive measurable business impact. You will also manage senior PMM leads, upgrade performance management, and represent PMM in executive decision-making forums.

• Own and operationalize the Product Marketing Management (PMM) structure, including defining clear guardrails and cross-functional engagement norms.
• Establish KPI frameworks that tie PMM work to measurable business impact, and ensure consistent product naming, positioning discipline, and storytelling rigor.
• Directly manage senior PMM leads, reset expectations where unclear scope exists, and upgrade performance management and leveling rigor.
• Is a builder - has been successful as a leader in a start-up / small company experience
• Experience managing large, multi-layered teams (15+)
• Has built and led a team of world-class product marketers
• Low ego, high EQ
• Minimum 10 years of experience in product marketing leadership at high growth B2B SaaS companies
• Proven success as a Product Marketing leader at a B2B SaaS company of similar scale
• Success in a multi-dimensional phase of marketing maturity: multi-product / solution, multi-segment, multi-buyer
• Domain experience: payments, credit, fintech, bank start-up
• Experience marketing in a regulated environment
• Experience working with / selling into financial institutions / banks
• Experience in founder-led environments
• Experience with PMM ‘rebrands’
