Integration Operations Program Manager

Join Plaid's Engineering Operations team as an Integration Operations Program Manager. In this role, you will be the operational owner for Plaid's integrations and migrations, coordinating across engineering, product, and partner teams. You will build and maintain master timelines, institution status trackers, risk/decision logs, and launch readiness checklists. You will also help scale Charged Access operations and serve as the connective tissue between our NEA team and Support. This position requires 5+ years of experience in program management, technical operations, or a similar cross-functional operations role.

• Coordination and execution of Plaid's integrations and migrations, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, and partner teams.
• Ownership of operational governance for new bank integrations, integration upgrades, and PD3 migrations, including risk management and status updates.
• Development and maintenance of program artifacts, processes, and communication rhythms to provide reliable updates to leadership.
• Comfort with ambiguity and high-pressure environments
• 5+ years of experience in program management, technical operations, or a similar cross-functional operations role
• Proven track record running complex, multi-stakeholder programs with tight timelines
• Nice to have: technical background or experience with bank integrations, APIs, or financial infrastructure; experience with migration programs; familiarity with support operations partnerships
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical details into clear narratives for different audiences
• Strong organizational skills and experience building program artifacts (timelines, trackers, risk logs)
• Experience working closely with engineering teams
