Product Strategic Finance

Join Plaid's Strategic Finance team, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping the company's long-term business strategy and execution. You'll drive initiatives such as P&L forecasting, designing analytical and financial frameworks, and providing insights about our performance to the management team, Board, and employees. This role requires strong analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as a passion for financial services innovation.

• 2-3 years of work experience including investment banking, private equity, venture capital, strategic finance, financial planning & analysis, or consulting
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving and communication skills
• Passion for financial services innovation and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Knowledge of SQL or strong desire to learn
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and distill complex issues into structured frameworks and action plans
