• This Week in Fintech is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead to join the team
• The ideal candidate has a proven track record in advertising and media sales and is eager to build and grow their own book of business by selling across our diverse media offerings (e.g., newsletters, podcasts, events, and sponsored content)
• You must be a self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is excited by the prospect of building something from the ground up at a startup
• Experience leading or mentoring other sellers, leading by example, or helping shape team culture
• Deep understanding of the media landscape, including digital advertising, content marketing, and sponsorship best practices
• Experience closing deals with financial institutions, tier-1 fintechs, or Fortune 500 brands and know how to navigate complex, high-stakes partnerships
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a track record of building lasting client relationships
• Leveraging AI to work smarter and move faster
• Minimum of 3+ years of successful experience in advertising sales, media sales, or sponsorship sales
