In this strategic role, you will lead the design and execution of global compensation programs that align with our business objectives. You will partner with executive leadership and various departments to ensure our compensation programs remain competitive and equitable. Additionally, you will oversee annual compensation planning processes, drive compensation analytics, and lead compensation benchmarking efforts. Lead the strategy, design, and execution of global compensation programs that support Gong's growth and business objectives.
Drive high value compensation initiatives that have real business impact across all base, variable, and equity compensation, scaling in a fast-paced, pre-IPO environment.
Oversee annual compensation planning processes, including merit cycles, promotions, equity refreshes, and executive compensation support.
Exceptional communication and executive stakeholder management skills
Deep expertise in compensation strategy, analytics, equity programs, and compensation operations
Strong business acumen with experience advising and presenting to senior leaders at all levels
Experience supporting global organizations and pre-IPO environments strongly preferred
Advanced analytical and modeling skills with expertise in Google Sheets/Excel and compensation planning methodologies
10+ years of progressive compensation experience leading highly visible initiatives in high-growth technology companies
Experience building scalable compensation programs and infrastructure in fast-paced, evolving organizations
Strong project leadership skills with the ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives
