About The Role
Join Gong, a leading company in revenue intelligence, as the Corporate Communications Director. In this high-impact role, you will shape Gong's global corporate narrative, manage earned media strategy, and serve as a trusted communications advisor to senior leaders. You will work closely with Gong's leadership team and have the opportunity to make a visible impact on the company's reputation.

- Proven experience as an executive communications strategist and ghostwriter, with a portfolio spanning multiple formats and leadership voices
- Prior experience working directly with and advising C-suite executives in a communications or advisory capacity
- Sound strategic judgment; able to distill complex business situations into clear communications recommendations under pressure
- 10+ years of progressive communications experience, with significant time in corporate communications roles at high-growth technology companies or leading PR agencies serving tech clients
- Deep hands-on experience managing crisis communications — from early detection through resolution and post-incident review
- Outstanding creative and media skills - you have a pulse of the trending market topics and understand how to tap into those across traditional and emerging mediums
- Experience at or with a B2B SaaS, AI, or global enterprise technology company strongly preferred
- High emotional intelligence and executive presence — you can hold a room, earn trust quickly, and navigate competing stakeholder interests with professionalism
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills — among the sharpest writers in any room, with the ability to adapt voice, tone, and register across audiences and formats
- Demonstrated track record managing corporate communications programs at scale, including earned media strategy for major company milestones
- Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously without sacrificing quality
